It has a curved back that fits 205 litre drums but it works better with the smaller 100 litre or 60 litre drums
With a full 44 gal drum the axle is a little to far back making it difficult to tilt back
comes with a drum retaining safety chain

A better option may be the the Curved Back RH-300 with the tilting axle that reduces the effort required to tilt the drum
