Yes, there are thinner cheaper versions out there and if you use 1,000 rolls a year it may save you money, but you usually end up using twice as much of the thinner wrap.
We chose this one as it doesn’t tear easily and will actually try to shrink back to its original size if you stretch it during application.
and because it is thicker, you use less of it to hold your products together.
