While generally used on the appliance hand truck range, the Ratchet Belt assembly that can be retro fitted to any hand truck with a flat centre bar up to 38mm x 6mm.
The spring loaded design provides tension while allowing the strap assembly to slide up and down the bar without the need for tools.
